How many people can this location accommodate?
Each Ballroom space offers a variety of layout options, giving you the freedom to customize the room to your liking.The Diamond Ballroom can accommodate up to 1200 table seated guests, for more intimate events, the room can be portioned in half or in thirds to accommodate your guest list.
The Pearl Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 for a banquet style dinner and can host 800 for a standing event.

What is the rental fee and what's included in that price?
Since we are a full catering service we do not charge a room rental fee we charge based on your menu selection. China, glassware, utensils, linens and tables and chairs are all provided to you in that price. Speak with a La Villa representative to discuss menu selection and pricing.

Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
The Bride room is included in the fees for the bride & groom to use before and during the event. There are NO hidden fees other than the ones agreed on and listed in the event contract.

Can I bring in a cake from an outside baker or do I have to use a cake made on site?
Yes you can! We allow hosts to bring in their own cakes and desserts from outside bakers.

Are you licensed to provide alcohol service?
Yes we do have a liquor permit.

What security services do you offer?
La Villa is required to subcontract Brooklyn Police Department for security for your event, If your guest count is over 200 or there is an alcohol service, security is required at the rate of $45.00 per hour per officer, minimum of one officer is required. If additional security is needed for an event, La Villa must be notified in advance.

What's your deposit/cancellation/refund policy?
In the event of a cancellation for any reason the client decides not to use the venue the client must inform La Villa Conference and Banquet Center in writing or email immediately. Any payments made towards the balance, not including the deposit will be refundable.

Can we hire outside vendors?
Yes you can! It is required that all vendors are pre-approved with la villa management and vendors must provide the appropriate license and insurance documentation prior to the final review. Or all third-party vendors must provide proof of liability insurance and be submitted to La Villa Management for approval, also final approval of vendor will be at the discretion of La Villa Management.

Can we bring in our own alcohol, such as wine, beer?
under our liquor permit any alcoholic beverages requested must be supplied by La Villa Conference and Banquet Center. the state does not allow guests to bring alcoholic beverages into La Villa Conference and Banquet Center or take alcoholic beverages off premises.
Or Due to La villa liquor license, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through la villa and consumed on premise.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.

*Using a credit card as a form of payment are subject to a 3% fee.

Who provides linens, glassware, Etc?
We do! We provide linens for all tables we offer. We can also help you rent other colors to help complete your vision. Our in-house caterer provides all china, flatware, napkins and glassware with your menu selection.

Do you provide any sound system?
No, any sound equipment must be provided by a band and/or DJ or other rental company.

Can I host both my wedding ceremony and reception at La Villa?
Absolutely! We have several ways to make this work. It’s best to connect with us so we can walk you through the space and see what will be the best fit for your wedding.
